That's really funny when a flemish politician condamn the french speaker tv RTBF. Yves Leterme said that "some people say" RTBF is radio Mille collines, well maybe it's a bit to hard when we know that Radio Mille Collines called to kill but it's true that RTBF is not open minded on the flemish world. It's true that, if you just watch La Une you won't know a lot about your northern friends (except that Bart de Wever is a bad guy and that Cd&Ver are just NV-a's slave).

Indeed, try to look for a program who talk about flanders, there's nothing. The RTBF is not open to Belgium at all. The RTBF is, as Dedecker said, a regio channel. The RTBF, and some newspapers, never watch to the other side or just enough to say so.

But, what about the flemish tv's ? I won't say that the VRT is like der Stürmer but are they not state channels too ? I rarely watch a prog about Wallonia ...

BHV, the truth

The biggest lie of these days is probably BHV.
The end of BHV won't change anything. Indeed, facilities have nothing to do with BHV so the french speakers won't loose them at all.

Mister Dewael said once, more and less: "If I live in Flanders and I want to be elected in Luxembourg it won't be possible, that's why we ask the end of BHV". Well, I'm sorry mister Dewael but, it IS possible, you could do it, RIGHT NOW! If I'm a french speaker men from Brussels and if I want to be elected in Kraainem, I can do it! This has nothing to do with the end of BHV. Olivier Maingain can be in the flemish list, wherever he wants to, even after the end of BHV.
Unfortunately, the only example I have is the one with Vlaams Belang who was once present in the Walloon Brabant.

So, what will it change? Nothing. But CD&V needed some voices and FDF too. Newspapers needed something to write and separatist politicians something to shout.

Why are politicians lying to us ?

It's really simple to find it out. French speakers can't admit their failure, Wallonia is not so good and the decrease of unemployment is not so sure so they try to put something else on TV. BHV is perfect for them, if you cry for the poor french speakers of la périphérie bruxelloise you won't cry for the 100.000 unemployed people in Brussels city. It's great for them to say that Belgium is nearly ending and that french speaker parties are the last defenders of our country and of our flagS. In Flanders, though the Vlaams Belang is not governing, it's still a threat for all democratic parties so how could these party win seats from the VB ? They took simply parts of their program (as in France), now almost every party has a point about immigration and about lazy walloons. About BHV, it's sure that for a flemish who live there, absolutely NOTHING will change after the splitssing. So why is it in front of the newspapers and why could it lead to the end of the Kingdom ? 

Don't play the game of our politicians, they prefer to talk about the greatness of les francophones and of the Vlaamse leeuw than unemployment, poverty and racism. Don't play the game of our politicians and take a part in the revolution. Replace US above THEM.
